Egg burji style egg curry
Today I'm featuring a kidilan egg curry that you can delightfully have with chapathi or roti.

Ingredients
✓3 eggs
✓1 onion
✓half tsp Jeera/cummin seeds
✓Half tsp pepper powder
✓1 tsp chilli powder
✓garam masala
✓turmeric powder
✓Ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp ✓2 tomato made into puree
✓Salt for taste
✓Oil
✓coriander leaves(I used curry leaves due to non availability)
✓1/2 tsp cornflour
Method
Heat some oil in pan and pour in beaten eggs mixed up with salt and pepper, scramble and cook for 2 mins. Keep it aside.
In same pan add enough oil and shallow fry cummin seed and finely chopped onion.
Then this is half done add ginger garlic paste and cook for few more minutes till it's cooked.
Now add in turmeric, salt, chilli powder and garam masala, cook for 1 min in medium flame.
Now pour in tomato puree and close the lid and cook for 5 mins in medium flame.
Open the pan and add egg to it mix it well and cook for 1 min.
Add cornflour diluted in 3/4cup of water and boil till the mixture becomes thick.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and switch off the flame.Now enjoy the yummy curry with chapathi or roti..
